Our extra virgin oil is made using a blend of three olive varieties: Frantoio, Coreggiolo and Leccino.
The oil is bright golden/green colour. On the nose there are nutty, grassy and fruity notes. On the palate the flavours are well balance with an extraordinary low acidity (0,09%).
There are aromas of fresh vegetables, artichoke, avocado, pine nuts with a peppery finish.
